Hi there! I’m Trish, a personal trainer dedicated to empowering people like you.
As a (“former”) single mom of two and now bonus mom, I’ve faced tough times, but I turned my struggles into strength. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
My approach goes beyond workouts – I offer support to overcome emotional barriers. Together, we’ll build strength and confidence, inside and out. If you are facing your own challenges or looking for self growth, you’re not alone. Join me in rewriting your story, starting with one workout at a time.






INTRO TO WEIGHT LIFTING ($150/week)
One Week / 3 Classes Per Week / 1 Hour / Individual
Training will be hosted in a gym and will go through a series of free-weight training exercises. Focusing on form, repetition and progression.
ONE-ON-ONE ($45 per session)
1 Hour / Individual
Training will be hosted in a gym and can be modified to your specific needs and goals.
Please note: our first class will be a full body assessment.
Discounts are available for multiple trainings.
GROUP BOOT CAMP ($25 drop-in / $90 per month)
COMING SOON: Four Weeks / 1 Classes Per Week / 1 Hour / Up to 10
Drop the kids at soccer practice and join me in the field for body, band and/or free weight training. These are non-sequential and you can add more.
W4: Women, Weights, Wine, Wednesday ($25 per session)
COMING SOON: Every Wednesday / 6-7p / 1 Hour / Up to 10
Personally, my favorite class! Ladies, join me in the park for one hour of training followed by wine tasting at Divided Vine…spouses are welcome to that part!
